Fun in an Audi R8!

My boss, Tracy, owns iFurn Furniture, PainRelieverStores and Lifetime Jewelry and has done pretty well for himself. Well enough to buy a a rare 2008 Audi R8 with a one-off carbon fiber kit. A couple weeks ago he took me and Ben, a fellow co-worker, to the Kansas International Dragway for some fun. We each made several passes down the quarter mile strip, but at first we couldn't seem get the hang of the staging light. Each of us had our worst reaction time on the first run and then slowly improved with each time. We learned that you need to 'stomp on it' as you see the last light turn yellow rather than waiting for the green. My best time down the quarter mile was a 13.22 at 109 mph. Anyways I had a blast. Cops & Donuts

So what's the deal with cops and donuts? I frequently see police officers dropping by my neighborhood convenience store where they're granted free coffee, but I've never caught an law enforcement officer with a donut in hand, as the popular cops and donuts stereotype would suggest is a regular occurrence... that is until now. Last year, when I was in Greenwich Connecticut visiting a friend, I caught a cop pulling out of a donut shop and had to snap this photo. Oh btw, in Greenwich, their donut shop is flanked by an Aston Martin/Bentley dealer, a Porsche/Mercedes-Benz dealer and a Maserati/Ferrari dealer across the street. Yeah, not your average donut shop location!

Does anyone else have evidence of police and their (alleged) love for donuts?
